How do you verify site ownership an ireporter.tv blog in google webmaster tools?
Found no way of uploading the meta tag and html code to ireporter. Having trouble verifying my ireporter blog

Just follow the instructions. But, the domain has to be yours-that's the entire point of validating the site-because you will have access to the site's stats and control how Google crawls and indexes the site in the future. It doesn't sound like the domain is yours.
If it is, you can do either of the options: 1-upload the file, 2-add a meta tag. Where are you lost at? You should just upload the file to your server if you're having trouble.
If you are unable to add meta code then the other option is upload a file which I am afraid if the service you are using does not permit then there is no other way you can verify you site in google webmaster tools !
