What are the most powerful tools for tracking what's happening on a website I built?

statcounter.com is a good one. dunno if its more powerful than analytics or not, but its very easy to use with a good UI and more info than you'll ever need.
Get paid hosting and use the Stats Utility provided in the Control Panel. Gives you more info then you really want to know.
