Getting yourself linked is an easy way to get on Google. This means, talk to your friends who have websites and link to each other in some way. As long as your friends' website isn't a link farm ( a website that has nothing but links to other websites on it ) then Google will think it's gold and index you faster. This also helps with getting a higher rank in the searches that your website appears in.
It is better to get a "one-way link" which means a website that links to you but you do not link back to them. Google and other search engines often think this is better than two websites linking to each other equally.

To get listed quickly you need at least one link. The link suggests you might be important to some degree, and the more links that point to you (back links) the more important you must be right?
Having a unique term or phrase will make you VERY important why is this so?
Simply because your content in light of no competition makes it unique - Google likes "Unique" = more "browny points"

This is true - even a raw beginner can get No.1 on Google with unique content.
Lots of unique content & interesting stuff -This is the quickest way!
